With our extensive experience in constructing Maggie's centres, we have learnt the best ways to stay true to their vision, with knowledge of what works and what doesn't.

In this piece for Building Better Healthcare, Craig Chandler, Project Manager at Sir Robert McAlpine (pictured, right, during construction of Maggie's Northampton), and Dame Laura Lee DBE, Chief Executive of Maggie’s, talk about the positive impact of good design - something which is now being recognised across the healthcare industry.

During their article, the pair touch upon:

  • Staying true to Maggie's strong vision

  • How the lessons we have learned and centres we have delivered can become a blueprint for the wider healthcare construction industry
