A day of golf for Maggie’s

Colleagues and partners gathered at Remedy Oak golf course, raising £2,000 in support of our charity partner, Maggie’s.

We extend our heartfelt thanks to all colleagues and subcontractor representatives who joined us for our recent charity golf day in support of Maggie’s. The event raised an impressive £2,000 to help Maggie’s continue their invaluable support for individuals affected by cancer and their loved ones.

Ahead of the day’s play at the prestigious Remedy Oak course in Verwood, Dorset, Will Ham, Centre Fundraising Manager for Maggie’s Southampton, explained to participants the vital difference that such fundraising events make to the charity’s work.

The day on the course was blessed with fantastic weather and friendly competition. Attendees enjoyed a variety of on-course challenges, including ‘Nearest the Pin’ and ‘Longest Drive’ contests, which added to the fun and excitement. After a memorable day on the fairways, everyone gathered in the clubhouse for a well-deserved meal, a charity raffle, and the eagerly anticipated prizegiving ceremony.
