Construction begins on Cavendish Place, W1

Set within two Grade II listed townhouses, our heritage specialists will deliver the extensive refurbishment at 12-14 Cavendish Place for client, Unity Real Estate.

Works will include joining the two buildings which will create an unparalleled business members club that will feature beautifully appointed private offices, business lounges and meeting spaces.

Led by our Special Projects team for this initial site preparation phase, the main works construction phase will start later this year. This project is a testament to their reputation for delivering complex remodelling schemes in busy Central London locations.
