People team win at the Shine Awards

Congratulations to our People team on winning the 'People and Talent Innovation' Award at the Women Leaders Association (WLA) Shine Awards.

The WLA Shine Awards ceremony concluded the WLA's International Women's Day Annual Conference last week.

We are thrilled that our People team won the 'People and Talent Innovation' Award. This award celebrates HR teams that are innovating the way they attract, retain and develop talent in their organisations. It recognises the sustainability of new approaches and embraces new and impactful technological solutions.

Our People team have been implementing a People Strategy to radically change the way we attract, select, develop, and retain talent in order to achieve Sir Robert McAlpine's ambition to be the Best Place to Work.
